Peasant ni wewe. I know someone in South B just opposite vumira house called Munge, don’t take my word for it, he’s a landlord in plainsview estate, and claims he makes a cool 300k pm after costs. Ebu Mwambie, in another forum a while back I remember some guy selling toothpaste kwa slum for 1 bob. Mnafunga que kama mnaenda kupiga kura…one hand toothbrush, the other 1bob 
the guy was making profit of 80bob per tube and knew how many servings each tube could accommodate. Alikua na tu branch networks huko and eventually moved out of the slums.
