Biashara ikakuwa mbaya zaidi

Leo nilikuwa hapo garden city and things are thick. Nimehesabu atleast 5 shops closed down ground floor pekee yake…excluding nakumat!

This holiday season will be a slow one

A lot of money was used up 3 months leading to August on the campaigns. People expected normalization and end of politics to be by September. Shock on all of us when wakora judges took us on a spin of 3 months. That uncertainty of 4 months without normal business operations due to uncertainty, lack of orders and everyone holding back has hurt us. KRA is down 40 billion on tax collections as of October. I fear the same will persist in Nov-Dec numbers. We spent another 13 billion on re-run. The economy cumulatively lost 700 billion of lost business opportunities. We are very lucky our economy and its people are resilient otherwise we would already be in a recession and facing a broke treasury. Wages and operating expenses continued to be paid. Even the new governors and county assemblies have gotten their funds. Suppliers ndio tunaumia. We will celebrate this holiday without our payments. Businesses are struggling because people are in debt. They borrowed to survive until now. Shylocks and money lenders are having a boom. Next week instead of shopping for Christmas I will be buying new uniforms, books, materials and paying fees since by Jan 3rd they will be in school. Its tight but we will make it.

Hope unatuletea mahali kuna offer za krisi mapema nijitayarishe mfuko.

Well said. It is tight.

Yes it tight, spare a thought to those who lost properties during this period.

oh puhliz! stupid business decisions led to this crap at garden city! not political chieth!

Land isn’t moving either. Apartments are worse.

Yes, we waisted time politicking !

Na nilikuwa huko na sikukuona!

Where I stay a house that was vacated in August bado haijawahi pata tenant mpaka imebidi landlord apunguze bei but bado

keep them coming. this is the time to get value for money.

aluta continua

2 rivers shop ya Manix na Levi wako na offers poa

The higher the risk…the bigger the returns

My supplier amefunga na vile bei yake ilikua inanijenga shait

It is good to sometimes come up something without a political angle to it. It is not all because of bad politics, some are just bad business decisions.

Wewe andika vile unataka and I will continue writing vile nataka. Let this be the last time I’m saying this. Its everyone else decision to read, ignore or reply.

Boss, why are you always bitter, even an innocent observation gets you agitated. Si mtu akishinda husherehekea na anatulia!

I don’t care about your observation or suggestions. Nimeona unajaribu sana kunizoea. When I write, you are not even in my mind. 100’s of posts and dozens of threads out there. Labda hao wanataka maoni yako.

hiyo city ilikuwa hype tu, watu walipiga maselfie wakarudi shopping gikomba
