I have tried Siteground but they don’t support nyeusis from Kenya.

Almost all registrars in NA also do web hosting, it doesn’t really take much to find one. I guess main determinant is requirements and budget. In the past I’ve used Go Daddy and Network Solutions and had no complaints.
