I have a problem understanding voodoo, santeria and lucumi religion. Did it really originate from West Africa Mali, Togo, Benin or is it a melange of different religions including animism which is the African tradition religion which is polytheistic like in India. If you are going to make a vodoo shrine you should dedicate to a certain deity meaning that its not monotheistic like Islam. It is actually a very interesting religion
