US Republican presidential hopeful Ben Carson is trying a new tactic to boost his faltering campaign: claiming his African roots. The retired neurosurgeon announced that he will be visiting Kenya, as well as Nigeria and Zambia, later this month. “My ancestors are from the Kenya, Tanzania region… I’ve had all of that traced back,” he said in an interview on the Hugh Hewitt radio show on Dec 7. In Kenya, where president Barack Obama’s father was born, reaction online ran from excited to sarcastic: http://qz.com/568351/ben-carson-will-visit-his-ancestral-homeland-of-kenya/
combine the numbers for black, hispanic, asian and other groups then compare them with the share which goes to the white voters. Also, feel free to do a google search of other disenfranchised groups whose votes got obama his first and second terms in office.
Ktalk we have experts in everything. Next someone will come up with a state by state projection of those likely to vote for Carson. All hogwash of course.
