Reality TV star and actress Mishi Dora has come out to set the record straight on the growing ‘sponsor culture’ in Kenya.
In an interview with KTN’s Youth Café show, Dora disclosed that the ‘sponsor’ relationships are not about sex.
She explained that old men offer love and girls find comfort in their company, “It’s not about sex, it’s about the money and being given that peace of mind.”
The actress added that being a socialite is never easy for broke girls or those that are dating regular, cash strapped young men.
“Being a socialite comes with a package, you cannot be a socialite and be wearing cheap nails, cheap wigs, cheap clothes. You have to be classy at all times and hawa vijana wetu hawafiki hapo” she gushed.
