If I was Ken Okoth, I would decamp to Wiper and win it. Hassan Omar did it from ODM to Wiper in 2013. Okoth Obado in Migori did it from ODM to PDP and still won. Olago ALuoch moved from ODM to Ford Kenya and also won. And if Okoth is truly worth his salt, he will win.
