So this dude was basically saying that he got a vision of judgement day from God. He said that God would tell an unbeliever, “Depart from me!” A portal to hell with leaking flames would open and suck you in so fast that the scream you let out was late and you were already in before others could hear it.
When it got to his turn, God told him about all his sins but ultimately he said that, “You don’t get a well done. You get a barely made it.” And he let him go to heaven. @Jack_Black you were imagining what God’s voice could be like. You should probably watch this.
I know mtu anaweza sema hii ni story ya jaba, but I 100% believe these stories. I know some people could fabricate stuff, but some are true. If you read the Bible, Jesus spoke about hell more than anyone in the Bible. The Bible also talks of people who got visions from God. People like Peter, Saul on the way to Damascus.
Heaven and hell are real places guys. And once you die, it is too late, so repent. Accept Jesus into your life. Tell the Holy Spirit to change your heart. This stuff is not a joke.
It says right there at the beginning, ‘imagine’. So it means everything after that is subjective information based off someone’s imagination. I’m not listening to 16 minutes of imagination when I can read the books myself.
Bro if the basis of your relationship with God is FEAR , you have gotten your shit wrong , if hell and the devil are the reason you are running to God , Then you have missed God with a million miles . Get your shit RIGHT.
That’s what happens with this bible thumping style of preaching. It propagates the fear of God as terror not as respect. Very tricky to differentiate those things if you’re just focused on mambo ya sadaka. Fear his power and judgement, but there’s other things to admire.
I do love God and my relationship is not based on fear alone. However, I’ve had phases where I nearly died when I was deeply and 100% into sin unapologetically, barely touching the Word and if that happened, it would be over for me.
I’m just starting on my journey of actually knowing God as I have been a very lukewarm kind of Christian so when you hear such things, you gotta actually fear it cause it’s real. But I 100% get your point.
