He should know that chaos affect everyone. In the 2007 chaos, supermarkets and shops closed, no airtime, fuel stations closed, ATMs ran out of cash and closed, roads were blocked, there was zero transport, also closed were hospitals, schools, churches and people were grounded and hungry. Chaos are no joke.
