All flat screens can be powered by battery ya solar. You just need an inverter.

nothing same old players showing projects from three years ago. being a player in the construction industry I wld advise you to assemble your own team with help of an architect.
off plan houses is just marketing gimmick to make you think you are getting a bargain which is not true.

Najua tu kuna flat screens ndogo za china zinakam na DC port na adapter ya kuconnect kwa battery. For bigger screens am not sure, yenye nishawai ona ni ile iko na internal battery, stima zikipotea inaweza kaa kama 1hr before izime…

to determine the project cost first the architect should produce detailed drawings from the drawing we can get the area of the house in square meters which is then multiplied by the cost construction per square meter of the place you intend to build. To be safe it’s advisable to add 10% of the total project cost to caution against overheads.
