IEBC Chair Erastus Ethekon, accompanied by Commissioner Anne Nderitu, received the first batch of ballot papers and statutory materials at JKIA on Wednesday night, flown in from Greece at a cost of Ksh 27 million, marking the initial delivery of 10 pallets ahead of the November 27, 2025 by-elections.
