I don’t think it’s fair kusema Jaguar kazi ilikuwa tu kulala parliament. If you go to the parliament website, there is a tab for “bills sponsored” that is never updated. As for parliament attendance sheet hakuna. For CDF impact in constituency nimeona it’s a poll but it’s unclear who votes and when the voting is actually done. It’s impossible to measure the performance of these MPs tbh. It’s possible analala but it’s possible anachapa kazi but hatujui.
