Bad breath

How can one overcome bad breath from the throat I have had this condition for a very long time,I have always thought that I may overcome it by mixing x and y but they are both unknown. When I eat something and swallow some saliva, it worsens. Have you ever heard of anyone with the condition,if yes how did they overcome it.Any help will be highly appreciated.
