At independence , we had a Cabinet of 14 ministers and 14 ministries.
We had a 158 member parliament.
We had 7 administrative provinces and 7 provincial commissioners.
Fast forward to today … and you want to cry …
We have a bloted , multi-layered , graft ridden , inefficient governance organs all over the place …
Time for an urgent reset …:mad:
