Naswa, babuon and kamelon need the debates more than Jubilee and Uhuruto need them.
Let Naswa go and peddle their petty politics on other forums
If you are in a position of advantage you don’t stoop low to boost those beneath you to your level.
Its even more complicated than that. First who are owners of Presidential debate. Its not citizen, nation or standard. A group of editors met, formed it, branded it, picked a venue, moderators, format, date, time and marketed it to advertisers to make money. Lastly they send an invitation letter to candidates. Before the candidates could even acknowledge receiving the invite, the debate adverts where airing on media. UhuRuto first hear of their participation on the debate through the media. Their respective security teams where mad, how can someone book a venue, time and date for anyone at the Presidency without involving them. That site should have been discussed, vetted and secured even before it was announced by the media. Lastly its not clear who are the owners of debate Kenya so it wouldn’t work. Is it Alshabab sympathizers or not, if it was the respective stations then it would be a good starting point for discussion. This debate Kenya shows how media owners have lost complete control of their stations to their editorial teams. They are arrogantly making decisions on their own, using the station resources for their own gain and thinking they can dictate terms to candidates.
ooh blimey me, i has not gone to school well, i was started but to finish is problem. other times i have problem typing because keyboard is usually upside down. you are most clever people meknow. pris share some of your knowledge with me, i beg!
The Truth is that Jubilee are being tactical, they cannot afford to heamorrage any more support as most likely the debate will kill their momentum.
These long stories that they were not informed or etc are just excuses.
If I was an Jubilee advisor I wound advice them not to attend at all
But if Uhuru keeps saying that they will thrash the opposition this time with more votes than the last election and if the confidence he potrays in public of a land slide victory is genuine…will it make a difference if he meets his opponents in a debate?
Whatever the circumstances this is a classic case of never wrestling with a pig in mud. People like Dida with nothing to lose am sure were gleefully licking their lips.
