Former Director of Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission Mr Patrick Loch Otieno Lumumba alias PLO Lumumba has spoken his thoughts on where the exact problem of the country lies as the saga to change the Constitution of Kenya continues.
The Kenyan professor gave a blowing verdict, pointing out that Kenya does not need the creation of the the Prime Minister’s position, voicing that the real problem lies in the political culture and not the Presidential or Parliamentary system.
Speaking to Citizen TV,
“Am not convinced that having a PM will solve our problems. I think our problem lies in our political culture, not the presidential system or parliamentary system. We must make a decision as a country that we are going to make the best from the system that we have because our problem is ethnization of politics,” Lumumba said.https://res.6chcdn.feednews.com/assets/v2/842c4fbe659f0a1b1f4f1961ee240836?quality=uhq&format=webp&resize=720
However, Kenyans online hailed Lumumba’s wisdom on his verdict on the Constitutional issues at hand. Here are some of the few reactions on Twitter;

PLO is right ,we can’t go on creating positions to appease power hungry politicians. We need to move from this garbage of tribalism. And Ministers being MPs thats nonsense.
@Di_Mystro
True. But, sadly, the electorate is no longer in control of such issues. The BBI will be forced down our throats whether we like or not.
They’ve already ‘borrowed’ money for campaigning, even with a global pandemic crippling the entire economic system.
@ndekaros
After the coalition government, ‘Kenyans’ said never again to have two centres of power. The question is, what is it that has changed so fast.
@jnyakiba
Exactly.
No system is perfect.
A system is only as good as the people operating it. We are the problem
