Astrophysicists - there is no intelligent life in the universe apart from earth

Basically:
-The conditions for life to develop and survive, are too fragile for intelligent life in the universe to be a commonality.

-There has been absolutely no sign/proof of intelligent life anywhere since we started exploring for over 125 years.
Humans as we know them have been on planet earth for only the smallest fraction of earth’s time since it’s formation(which it self took eons). The odds of a phenomena such as organic life of our own complexity occurring are next to none.

-We maybe the first intelligent civilization in the universe

-Statistically speaking, we have zero chance of ever discovering any sign of life outside earth if we haven’t already using the little technology we have.

Conclusion of the study: ‘‘Let’s just enjoy our time here as we forge forward with love and care for humanity’’

We are not alone.

You can’t actually think we are the only ones in what is suspected to be an infinite universe

Not me. The universe is not infinite. It has an ‘end’

note: They say intelligent. There may be viruses/bacteria etc but there is no proof so far to even show a hint of any intelligent life anywhere. Not even a spec of sign. According to them, we are the first

End iko wapi?

In the grand scheme of things, 125 years means almost nothing. While the odds of there being intelligent life elsewhere are pretty low, there’s still a chance and a chance is all it takes, just like it only took a tiny chance for life to happen on this blue marble.

When you reach the ‘end,’ ni nini iko hapo mbele?

The observable universe is finite

That a statement can only be written by a religious person who would wish to suppress research in the cosmos. Are you afraid that finding intelligent life elsewhere will mean humans are not God’s special creation?

Do you even understand what “observable universe” means?

yes what we can see

God is not limited. He can create life anywhere

Wrong. The universe is expanding. The observable universe is expanding quick. Again, new stats are being formed each day

Don’t you think you are contradicting yourself?

You do also know that the size of the observable universe is constantly expanding as new light from distant objects reaches us, right?

Ukuta

Ungesema hivi kitambo, I wouldn’t have wasted my time.

The observable universe is 95 billion light years across. The non observable might be larger

That’s right, so when someone invokes absolute terms in such an argument, I move on.
