Music fans at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival noticed that some of their phones had gone missing during the event on Friday and so alerted police.

But while waiting for officers to arrive, the tech-savvy fans activated their ‘Find My iPhone’ app and followed the thief, identified as Reinaldo De Jesus Henao, around the venue
When Indio Police officers arrived, they discovered more than 100 mobile phones in Henao’s backpack.

Henao, 36, of New York was arrested on suspicion of grand theft and possession of stolen property, police said.
