As I take my office coffee............

I have mad deadlines to meet today. They transferred my most humble and hard working junior to the regions. In his place, they brought me a young man so full of attitude and very lazy. A guy who cannot even construct a sentence even after studying at Makini and abroad for his under and post graduates. He is a son of a very prominent politician. And he made sure I know his father. He was deployed to my section after failing in his previous section, where his supervisor there even got a call from his dad’s PA eti awache kusumbua kijana.
I have to meet the deadlines coz my performance is tagged on them and we are fast approaching end of June where I will have to be evaluated.
Huyu kijana amenifika mwisho. I will not work with him again. I will die with the workload and wait for end of June where I will evaluate him with nothing but facts and wait for that call from State house!

End of my coffee break.

…stop complaining, huku tumechujwo wasee ka two hundred

If i was being teased by your thighs peeking at me through that ka-mini skirt i would also be damn lazy too!

No you won’t, you will give him a favorable score.

Utajua Kenya ina wenyewe na sio ya m#@$*+

Weka yeye kiboko kabisa. Babake akiwa na shida mwambie akuje afanye hiyo kazi mwenyewe.

Tell him to shape up or ship out…fuck this entitled lazy motherfuckers.

attitude
i like your attitude

You work in a parastatal that gives out a phone to management?

Hmmmph, very tricky situation. Whichever way you look at it things are tough for you unless there are senior people in your establishment who appreciate your work and are ready to stick their neck out for you.

@Guru, arrange for me to slap hard in the face that lazy boy for you. If he does not wake up after the slap, I will arrange for him to wake up drunk at the mortuary on Ngong Road next to Kenyata hospital. I am not kidding.

naona pia wewe ukitumwa to the regions if you don’t find a way to accommodate the lad.

where his supervisor there even got a call from his dad's PA eti awache kusumbua kijana.......... and wait for that call from State house!

@spear, do u remember this fone call ? If u do, the next one u guys gonna make will land @Guru desk, so take it easy on her.

Also she may need to apply a lot of wisdom in managing the subordinate…if you approach it from a bossy perspective mtaishi hivyo…people have been fired for giving tea girls a sideways look juu ni relative were Board Chairman…in Greek we say mtu hawezi ku kushinda kwa upuzi na kwa uwerevu…

When being evaluated your supervisors will not see the guy weaknesses but instead brand you as entitled leader who is not a team player,do not collaborate and not working in the spirits of ensuring business continuity.Look at it from that perspective too.

If your bosses can’t touch him …achana naye

Wuueh tricky situation indeed

“And he made sure I know his father” hehehehe wewe Kwisa, immediately you should have asked him A “Are u threatening ur senior or B. Are intimidating ur senior” anyways just be blunt with the boy and report him also to the superiors who will evaluate you, Hapana beba mzigo ya mwenyewe huku akilamba siagi nawe wanywa chai dubia, NOTE ur a lady, u will end up being stressed by a stupid rich kid’s bullshit, just be professional on all and keep records. Usiogope kama mbaya mbaya na Mungu atakujalia

Lete facts nipelekee Baba…Come August think of where to cast your vote.

unashindana na ndovu kukunya my dear!

Kenya iko na wenyewe, and you are very dispensable in that office if you do not toe the line, and that includes worshiping the ground that nigga walks on.

These entitled kids wakiamua kuflex their muscles, which is crying to daddy, utakipata believe me.
