Arm-ageddon

Arms day’s my favourite routine,I love the pumped up feeling,& the sweet bitter burn that you get…oooh yeah the sweet pain I believe if your genetics allow Arms do respond & develop very fast,& you don’t have to spend hours in the Gym,30-45 mins is enough.all you require is intensity,manageable weight(you have to be able to breath evenly throughout your routine) & minimum rest in between your workout.

I prefer to do the 8-hour arm work out ala Rich Piana.
