Are our police this idle?

This evening I went to Kamukunji and as I was walking back to ‘Nairobiof up’ I noticed hordes or policemen around where the brothels are located.Like 6-7 policemen arresting you guys who frequent those places and if course extorting them. A couple of guys had been arrested and they were being threatened with “utaenda korokoroni wewe”…

Have we dealt with crime already to the level the police are moral enforcers? Alshabab, Gaza, Violent Crime and robbery…are no longer a concern in our country?
