Are majority of social science degrees dead-end?

Hakuna course mzuri ama course mbaya kenya.the determining factor ni good father.kama huna connection usichague

They are guaranteed only 1 year paid internship after that ni ku hustle

Unadhani sisi watu wa STEM tuko better…hehehe ni kubaya kwote, kama uko na business skills kiasi ndo unasaidika.

Ubaya ya social sciences is that so much of what you become depends on your personality, level of extroversion, communication skills, teamwork etc. With the hard sciences like engineering or medicine a lot of it is about your booksmarts and technical skills. Long story short, your career now depends on how well you can sell yourself. Or just start a business or become a farmer roho safi. Kenya’s job market is very tough. I hope things work out.

Very true.

All what has been posted is true.
Seriously consider NGO internship, bank/insurance/media sales and whatever else you have been told including business.
But I add that you are still young and can go back to school for a technical course. Learn comp programming, mechanic, plumbing etc even as you continue job searching.
Also try disciplined forces recruitment.
