Become a CS for internal affairs and see that killings by police will be happening without your knowledge and you can do nothing about it- and even if you complain to the president, you most likely will get fired.
AS a CS you have absolutely no say when it comes to extra-judicial killings.
In fact, in kenya, senior cops including IG have little time for CS internal affairs- they see them as clueless political appointees. Just like senior KDF officers have no time for CS defence.
Become a CS for internal affairs and you will be reading about extra-judicial killings in newspapers just like other kenyans.
