This has made me reflect and realize that just the other day, 77 Chinese Hackers were arrested at a Runda residence, with powerful telecommunications equipment.
In no time at all they were handed over to China or Taiwan with fanfare and media publicity. Evidence against them was overwhelming, with claims of over $1.5B lost.
But years in Kenyans are still being held South Sudan and Ethiopia.
Zak was arrested with another young techie Jedrick Mugo who is still being held in Ethiopia with the same charges. no evidence presented so far.

Two senior Kenya Ferry Service (KFS) officials have been suspended following delays at the busy Likoni channel on Thursday which left only one ferry in operation.
KFS Managing Director Bakari Gowa said the officers were suspended due to laxity which resulted to operation problems at the channel.

Ethiopian government has always prioritised EPDF against other important variables. Though it has a large standing army, its capability is doubtful especially in a long standing conventional war.Ethiopia lost alot of its soldiers during the Eritrean war but its propaganda tool was at its best giving a different picture on the ground.
