Are Kenyan doctors worse than pambas? Cancer menace

Hiyo number 3:
Currently the KMPDB doesn’t have a private or regular practicing license. It’s universal paid at 10k. Can be used for both public and private. Hakuna option ya the previous one which was 4k and if you wanted to do private practice you had to get a separate one

In Kenya doctor term is used to mean anyone in a lab coat or a health worker. Actually slot of these so called doctor agents who get to connect patients with hospitals in India are clinical officers and nurses. Obviously there are doctors as well who do it.
Btw consultants will never refer a patient to India unless you want it that way. Most who do the referral do it for cases where there are sub specialist in a field and patient will benefit.
If you have stage 4 disease and someone is sending you to India for cure, huyo anakupotosha. One thing about cancer care in Kenya is people do not like hearing about poor prognosis. People expect cure even with unresectable disease.

A good doctor is an older doctor!

He’s also assuming that peasants, who suffer most at the hands of negligent/incompetent physicians actually have the time and money to get to know doctors even when they’re not ailing. That’s actually the last thing on their minds when they’re healthy cz to them seeing a physician = $$

Yes,and this is a guy who is into research making such comment,in Kenya we are fcked from many angles
