Target instagram and Facebook shops that sell online and have shops in town. Partner with them to be doing their deliveries. Come up with a rate card for different locations within Nairobi metropolis.

I know a rider making 3k-7k daily. I use his services from time to time.
Consider listing on bolt and uber rides to get yourself traction as you start.
