I have a problem with the charges. It amounts to a significant figure if you sum over a period of time.
Wote ni wezi. I nowadays don’t do bank-to-mpesa because of charges. I walk-in or use ATM to withdraw cash then naweka kwa simu ndio nifanye lipa na mpesas, mostly till.
Kaka, you have no idea kabisa ya mbiachara. Hio 500k on a daily basis sums-up to 15M after 30 days and 180M after 365 days…

Bana tunatumia, lakini zingine ni excess. My transactional account allows free ATM withdrawals, that’s why. Mpesa transfers is just another layer ya charges, which I had to avoid.
An assured 500k per month na mimi naretire with immediate effect.
Charges are still there… whether paybill or till. Difference is either buyer or seller pays it.
So u’d rather spend half the day commuting to an ATM instead of spending that extra 30 Bob. Mmh maybe am not Kenyan enough
