those threats don’t faze the police anymore, the civil society will hold a conference at intercontinental and release their findings and pocket their allowances and the cops will carry on with business as usual.
Then the country is almost split through the middle in terms of who supports and believes the Civil society and those that view them as having sinister motives. Not like during the Nyayo error where almost the whole country looked at the civil society as the saviors.
