Years back, while tarmac king I chained my cheki maneno to one of those railings near GPO. Baada ya interview bahati mbaya nikasahau combination ya lock and the chain was unbreakable. That was when I paid my first visit to the Vandalism Office coz they had to cut one of the bars to release my bike.
