they can base the voting on ID numbers kwa database so the other two lines are blocked once one of them has voted. But hii yote ni fantasy it can never happen

well put. it means those 25 million users are not actually 25m but a lesser number. kwa hivyo there’s no way it can work. what IEBC should do before those commissioners succumb to cord’s bullshit pressure is device a way Kenyans can vote online. imagine the convenience of voting from home while still in ktalk. ni hayo tu…

This can never work considering huku ni kenya.one can be taken hostage n threaten with death unles he casts his/her vote in a certain direction.since voting ni ka sms tu.
We as a people are still far from online voting or any other form of voting using tecnology at our convinience.

What can work is voting booths (zile hukaa atms) located at secure but public places.such that unatoka kwako unatembea to the nearest one,do your thing n go back home.hio inaeza kua safe to everyone.
