Android Studio Setup

Hey everyone, I am trying to set up Android studio 3.1.3 and I keep having this “connection to the internet denied” error when I try building even the most basic “Hello World” app. I have tried every suggested fix from Stackoverflow and the general google universe, no joy.
Tried manually allowing both the Android Studio .exe app through the firewall, no joy.
Tried setting up a manual proxy, no joy.

For the record, I have an active internet connection, still no joy.

Anyone with a fix for the same, kindly assist. Check the attached screenshot for a visual representation.

Did you solve the issue?

Hi, tried this too, did not work, pia imekataa kufanya online so nimeachana nayo for now till maybe a new version comes online

I work with the current version, you could get help from someone who can troubleshoot it for you over anydesk.

Thanks, let me see if I can get that to work.

Did you add anything on the XML or java file?
