Flash a new rom or stock software update. That should fix it.
Also check that you don’t have “funny” init.d scripts that are applied on boot.

you have internet mate. Google then click on results from xda pekee yake as this is the only trusted site for such matters.
if you managed how to root & even install xposed, you can manage to fix the problem.
btw I suspect you are using an old/bad version of xposed. I also had a similar problem sometime back, come to think of it.
