I’ve just upgraded my phone to andoid 5.0.2 and I can’t now even surf the net at all. Even when I turn on data inakataa kabisa. Hii lollipop shida tupu. What could be the problem?

Simu iliniambia it’s ready to be updated. I just followed the prompts and everything went smoothly until I decided to log onto the net. Hapo imekataa kabisa. Hiyo mambo ya rom sikuona anywhere.
So this was a system update done by ur phone ?

Then click add Apn

Kama uko saf kama mimi Username weka Saf na password uweke data. Authentication type weka PAP/CHAP… Apn andika tu saf.
When done save it and use it. Mobile data will now connect

Sometimes resetting the phone does the trick, esp after an update.
