My denomination is better than yours yepee yepee yeeh! So I am better than you and my chances of making it to the city with streets paved with gold is are all the way up! If god exists he’ll be having a facepalm moment, “Like seriously, how did I manage to create all this dolts.” Religion is supposed to be a ‘place’ where people draw inspiration, values, strength and comfort during hard times. Where they form friendship, not a d*ck measuring and nut weighing contest. This legalistic approach to religion is just stupid!
Everyone has their take on what religion means to them, well and good. Those who call themselves Christians have an obligation to read the Bible, every word of it and come to its understanding. The problem is that most Christians neither know their Bible nor what they believe. They go to church every Sunday but do whatever they want, live however they want YET they still want to be identified as Christians. It doesn’t work like that.
