You haven’t heard of ‘poverty paradox’!? In this case US government gives ‘poor people’ some incentives in form of stimulus cheque. Again, house laws, levis & mortgage too high. The low income earners & most ‘homeless’ prefer to just live in camp tents & their cars as they subscribe to a gym membership where they get free showers etc
