How much you bench, squat and deadlift?
I don’t go heavy, just keeping fit. Bench max 90kg ,squat 100kg ,deadlift very light. i got a back problem.
Bench 100kg 5x5, Squats 100kg 5x5, Dealift 140kg 5x1

You can’t compare working out at home to a gym with full equipment. Working out at the gym is more intense and there many people to give you morale.
