I pay using MPesa GlobaPay visa card from the Mpesa app. Sometimes I use a KCB card.
This was yesterday afternoon . I cancelled the order after an hour.
This was the refund to this morning. Lesa than 24 hours later.

It seems like using an international card like Visa and Mastercard is the surest bet for prompt refunds. Second option is the GlobaPay Visa card from the Mpesa app - its backed by Visa.
