Drunk driving is still an offence punishable by law, its only the use of alcoblow which is unconstitutional.

How? Its like saying stealing is against the law but using zip ties to arrest the suspect is unlawful
but NTSA was just being arrogant , court ime outlaw kitu the wanatumia ile impunity ya politicians na ku brush aside judgement na wanajua vizuri lazima wakupelekee kortini , saa hii ni kukunywa na kupuliza , waniweke ndani .
So how are they to be prosecuted without evidence?

Serves NTSA right.
So, the court outlawed the use of Alcoblow. Then the arrogant NTSA go ahead and subject guys to the thing, and foolishly enough, drag them to the same court accusing them of failing the outlawed alcoblow test.
