There was drama in Kibera’s Katwekera yesterday when one of Raila’s ‘Men In Black’ beat 5 armed police officers who had gone to arrest him for beating up his landlord who had gone to collect rent from him.
According to an eye witness, Mr. Njoroge the landlord had gone to collect some rent from Joachim Oduor alias Oduori when he was met with some seven serious slaps accompanied by a flying kick.
According to neighbours, Oduori is stubborn in paying rent and he skips months with impunity saying Orange House has not paid them. When Njoroge threatened to forcefully evict him, he received the beating similar to the one that was given to former Libyan President Muhamar Gadhafi.
After Njoroge was rescued by the neighbours from the crocodile jaws, he ran to police to report the matter. He came back escorted by 5 anti riot policemen armed with rungus, shields and AK47s. They could not dare shoot him because he seemed to know his constitutional rights which most of them were unaware of. Oduori was not cowed anyway. With his Rambo like muscles, descended on the 5 policemen with Bruce Lee kicks one after the other. He grabbed them, roughed them up, squeezed their balls simultaneously and rendered them helpless. He was not armed at the time.
When the OCS had the sad ordeal that had befell his boys, he unleashed the entire police force available and calculatingly ambushed Oduori but he had gone missing. He later on surrendered to the police and is awaiting his day in court on Monday.
