I would like to hear from One Amos Wako, Akasha flourished when he was in charge of the justice system.
A while ago, the driver to the slain Drug Baron, testified that Akasha was paying school fees for Amos Wako kids.

Which crimes did they commit that can make them be extradited to USA?

So legend has it that that sometime last year an American multi agency sting undercover operation conducted by the FBI/DEA/Justice and the like …where the agents posed us drug dealers seeking to buy and transport a huge quantity of drugs to US…so the Akasha brothers fell for it line , sink and hooker and teamed up with their partners Gulam and Goshwami (who are big time barons from India/Pakistan) residing in Mombasa under heavy police protection even though they are facing extradition proceeding from their country of origin

So with enough evidence from the under cover operation the Americans got indictment orders from a US court and thus approached the Kenyan Gvt to seek extradition orders for the 4…

The Barons immediately rushed to court and blocked the orders…and the case got complicated…Mara the magistrate was mysteriously transfered or sijui pulled out , mara Bakhtash is sick…numerous delaying tactics

Knowing that they could play the system for a very long time they made a big mistake…for some reason the barons fell out and had a big fight in an exclusive club in Nyali ( sitaitaja hapa) guns were drawn shots fired and all hell broke loose

The Mombasa police could not dare arrest them wakalenga hio story…but the news of the fight leaked out and I guess the bigwigs in Nairobi were infuriated…so some CID were sent to go disarm and arrest the suspects and arraign them in court…for some reason the CID officers were unable to execute the order and they were summarily suspended…this suspension of the officers nearly caused a go slow by the Mombasa police because they said their bosses knew very well the kind of protection the barons had and what would happen to any officer who dared arrest them.

So again a different team was sent on the same mission again but this too turned out to be a circus. The akashas were charged in court and and released on bail but Goshwami was taken to court in secret hata the press did not even take his photo or know about it

I think this was the straw that broke the camel’s back and the Gvt decided enough was enough.and thus the deportations without mambo ya korti tena
