All I can see are 5 acre +farms demanding such prices, not kilimani style apartments. We are not in 2010 when land in Nanyuki cost 500k for a quarter -acre. Nani atakuuzia 5 acres close to the in-demand parts of Nanyuki and Samburu these days ,and at an affordable price??? Normal apartments there have cheaper rents than Mombasa

Alafu, the cost of constructing these types of property is basically similar to the cost of an apartment in Westlands. You can even build multiple cottages to increase occupancy and lower the prices.
