I’m talking about renting and then doing airbnb…how profitable is that hustle based on what you have seen on the ground? Ownership of apartments in KE hapana.

Rent = 90k
Maji, stima, Internet = 10k
Cleaner = 20k
Service charge = 10k
Total = 130k

Income:
AirBnb 5 days per week @4k = 20k or 80k per month.

Loss = 50k
