Africans discriminating fellow Africans in job interviews

I have realized that people who have dreadlocks especially men are rarely hired by Africans. Other races like whites, Asians, and arabs are more conventional and allow staff to have their own personal look as long as they are working well. Most Africans are very conservative and will deny someone an employment opportunity because they don’t have a corporate desired look. This perception is very unfortunate. Hopefully GenZ will change the notion

Hakuna kitu Gen z watafanya, their wokeness will backfire as they only rely on the ways of the Western. Sai Elon wakianza kuhamisha hio western culture into the Mars, mtafanyaa>??

It depends with your skills and the type of job…kuma watu wengi ni madev in corporate organisations na wako na dready hii Nairobi…lakini huwezi kuwa Direct Sale Representative selling loan products na unataka kuuzia watu loans ata wewe mwenyewe unaeza kubali if the roles were reversed?

but mtu akona dredi na anataka employment ni fala. Dreads are supposed to depict independence. Maybe Dedan alidedi kabla kubumbulia mafala.

A man with dreads should be in self-employed careers. Not the corporate world.
