Recently took my interview with Microsoft (branch ya huku Kenya) and in the final rounds of interviews ratio ya madame ilikuwa kama 4 to 1. And to be honest I was even surprised that I got the interview. All my homies were snubbed and nearly every lady I know got interviews. Helps a lot to have a unisex first name.
This is one of the main reasons I want another Trump presidency. Hizi policies za democrats around minorities only favor the lowest denominator which is black lesbian women. Half minorities like black men for example don’t benefit.
Thank God these sexist policies bado hazijafika the other multinationals setting up shop in Nairobi like Amazon, Google, JP Morgan and the likes. Microsoft ndio naona siku hizi wanahire tu madame.
And to make matters worse ni wale madame already wako privileged anyway. Some bimbo lady mwenye utapata alipewa referral by her uncle who is a manager at the company. Ingekuwa wanapea kazi dame kienyeji mwenye alijifunza kucode kwa the only cyber cafe in her entire town at least I could get behind that.
walami wanajua hakuna kitu ya maana nyeuthi wanajenga , ata wewe kama bonobo unaingia kwa sababu ya dei na policy za serikali ni venye hujashikanisha hii maneno bado, anyway sales & marketing ndio muhimu vumbistan so it makes sense to have more women

Trump will make America great again
Wanaekwa roles za engineering not sales. Maybe it’s those teams that don’t have KPIs to meet so they can just coast. But mimi najiaminia I’ve had a solid career so far without being carried by DEI policies.
dont take it personally lakini hio code ya python na javascript itarushwa kwa dustbin pale sodom headquaters , hawawezi ongeza kernel modules za bonobo kwa server, ndio maana walifunga ofisi nigeria.
In my experience real back-breaking engineering work iko kwa zile company ndogo za nyeuthi na muhindi lakini wanalipa peanuts.
lakini all the best

If you have ever worked with such characters, you quickly realise that they rarely deliver, but instead rely on the one hardworking person to cover their incompetence.
When that person leaves, the entire thing implodes because mtu haezi fanya job huwa outed very easily. You find they call back the previous guy just to prevent having to do the hiring thing all over again, which btw has a cost to the company in terms of lost productivity.
In short, gain a skill that is not easily obtainable.
If you cant sell and communicate effectively then you’re just another replaceable donkey irregardless of your so called ‘rare’ skill that no one cares about. Technical skills are overrated

I would rather gamble with having specialist skills than the sweet nothing shenanigans at the recruitment level then get called out after getting the job. It’s all stress when everyone is delivering and you’re miles behind in your objectives

Savage tackle. Red card and ten match ban.
Hata si tackle it’s just the reality. Sisi nyeuthi historically have not been as smart as pajeets, slant eyes and cumskins so our contributions are not valued sasa company za walami huku zimegeuka ma NGO zinaemploy tu wiminz who are even more limited upstairs especially in STEM disciplines, alafu zinawaeka kwa ofisi wakikunywa chai with nothing to do and zero prospects of upward mobility juu kila mtu amejua waliingia purely kujaza quota.
The problem with that is that it hurts the few of us who are looking to sharpen our skills and enjoy some career growth. So it’s either uplay hiyo minority card, uingie, secure that bag lakini ukue a waste of space, or put your skills to good use at a smaller company but remain a peasant.
