Don’t register a Limited company… A business name will do for now if you decide to go the business route.
Whatever you do, your most important task is to protect that 90K. The golden rule is to always protect the principal.

He’s just starting out and registering an LTD will cost him more than 20K which is unnecessary .Hakuna biashara a business name itamzuia kufanya provided he has a PIN .Biashara ikipanuka and you start getting into serious contracts is when an LTD is needed .For now keep it simple and minimize costs .
