So, sherehe ilizidi pale campus and I dropped out after finishing 4.2. Najua haiadd up but let me explain.

I should have followed up on this and graduated almost 5 yrs ago but sherehe ilizidi so I didn’t.

Now, about 5 years later manze regrets ndo hizo after nimeacha mambo ya kupiga sherehe.

No career, nothing exciting going on in my life right now. Job niko currently ni commission-based na sijamek more than 40K a month so far. Last month was the worst, I made 25k.

Sasa I wanted to return to school nimalize but najua this process will take atleast a year before iishe. I’m explaining why in a few.

So, apparently the curriculum changed along the way. Some of the units I’m missing were scrapped off. Alafu, I didn’t defer, I just left like anyone else mwenye alimaliza 4th year vile nlimaliza 4.2.

Now, I’m told that I’ll need to go simp to everyone in those offices. Kitu ya kwanza nipewe ruhusa ya kudefer sai then I reapply for admission. This tells me that the process plus sitting for those exams will take some months. That means I won’t graduate until next December.

I’m not sure kama itakua too demanding hadi nihave kuquit job niko sai so that I go focus on getting that done. But if it will be demanding as I’m thinking then I’ll quit work, move closer to campus and finish that up.

Last but not least, I just turned 29, meaning I’ll graduate at 30, God willing. Hio certificate nikipata at that point, will I be able to catch up career-wise?

Reason for asking is that I mentioned that I might shift closer to school and give up the job I have currently.

That said degrees are best earned while you are young, continuous education is also a very good way to keep your mental sanity and discipline in life, if at all for nothing else. Otherwise kazi yako ikuwe kuosha rungu calabash kama stalwarts hapa…

Hata mimi sina hiyo paper the uni I went to waliniekelea missing mark time ya graduation yet nilimaliza. Nikawafuata hadi nikachoka. Uzuri field yangu is all about technical skills not documents.

Rn nafanya masters online ndio isinirambe huko mbele but thank the lord I’m already making some decent bank having not graduated
