Testing kits are fake
None knows the actual number of Covid-19 cases unless they get tested. Many asymptomatic ones or those with “sub-clinical” levels are roaming freely. However it would be easy to localize an outbreak once it picks up! It is real difficult to hide cases unless we are dealing with the recluse N. Korea. The social media would pick and post the cases pretty quick!!!
