Actually the husband is very smart..
- An attack would make him liable for an Assault and Bodily Harm criminal charge.
( ..He goes to jail and the couple continue their relationship in peace..) - he kills 2 birds with one legal and moral stone … The pair are Socially and Morally discredited , exposed and any future further associations highly unlikely.
- An arrest documents the event and is iron tight evidence in Divorce or Separation proceedings.
“Consent” does not absolve the pair from moral , legal or marital obligations.
Countless times in here I keep saying ..
These activities are strictly for enlightened , experienced and skilled Elders and Legends in here.
Juveniles should abstain or chase after unattached , pubescent Hoodrats ..

Juveniles never learn …
The fact that Mob Justice is applicable says a lot about that clandestine activity …
- Trespass with intent to commit Adultery.
- causing Grevious Bodily Harm.
- Depreciation of Conjugal Assets.
- acting in a manner likely to cause a Breach of the Peace.
- causing an Affray or a Commotion.
- inflicting Mental cruelty and Psychological anguish.
- exposing a family reputation and social standing into disrepute and ridicule.
