huyu weather man ametuzoea sana, two weeks ago they had said we prepare for a very hot and dry January, following day it drizzled kidogo and immediately the guys changed tune and said its going to rain the mother of all elninos this week. its almost like they toss a coin to determine what information to pass to the public
