NTSA are to blame. They should be well informed, madere wanachanuana and up their tactics. Sio kukaa mahali moja kama kond…! Its up to them to ensure all road safety measures are followed and not only speeding.

Its About time Drivers took responsibility for the Deaths on Kenyan Roads.
There is only 2 causes of Road accidents; Driver Errors OR Mechanical Faults.
Hii mambo ya kutuma rambi rambi to people who Don`t Care about Traffic Rules and/or Due Mechanical care for their Vehicles mimi nimechoka nayo… Get A Grip!..
Its Not By accident that there are Less Accidents in countries where Traffic Rules are observed Religiously by ALL drivers.
